Quality policy

If you are not satisfied with our work, we give you the opportunity to make a complaint within 48 hours. It is our policy that you should be satisfied.

Security policy

As far as possible, we follow the guidelines of the Swedish Theft Prevention Association (www.ssf.nu) on security matters. We have a thorough recruitment process where every employee must provide an extract from the criminal records register and sign a confidentiality agreement. We cooperate with Folksam regarding our insurance liability towards you as a customer.

Insurance commitments

For your security as a customer, we have liability insurance with a sum insured of up to SEK 10 million with Folksam. Our employees are insured through KP – Pension & Försäkring.

The same cleaner

We have low staff turnover, and our work is based on the same employee regularly carrying out the cleaning assignment for our customers, except when they are on holiday or sick, when a substitute comes. We believe that having the same employee carry out the assignment makes our work more efficient. It also means increased security for our customers.

Environmental policy

Hjälp Hemma’s services must be carried out with the least possible environmental impact. Hjälp Hemma therefore uses products that are eco-labelled with the Nordic Swan Ecolabel or equivalent.
