Moving cleaning

When it is time to move, we know there are lots of things to think about, and there are clear requirements for how a home must be handed over. That is why we offer professional moving cleaning in Stockholm at a fixed price of 45 kronor per square metre (minimum price 2,250 kr) and a 95 kr materials fee. The cost is after RUT deduction.

  • The home must be emptied; items of little value are thrown away during cleaning, e.g. toothbrushes, toilet paper, etc.
  • Keys must be at the agreed place at the agreed time. Returned by agreement.
  • Damage is photographed/documented. Sometimes minor damage only becomes visible after or during the cleaning, when it was previously hidden by furniture or dirt.
  • The invoice is sent by email.
  • Damaged windows, cracked/painted-shut windows, etc. are not cleaned. A glazed balcony is cleaned only on request.
  • The fridge is not pulled out if the floor is sensitive/new (e.g. wooden floor). The freezer must be defrosted before the move-out cleaning.
  • Cancellation at least 24 hours in advance, otherwise the minimum price for move-out cleaning is charged.
  • All prices are after the RUT deduction. If the RUT deduction has been fully used, the customer is liable for the remaining amount. In such cases a residual invoice will be sent out.
